2. Data We Collect
2.1 Farmer Registration Data
When a farmer registers, we collect:
- Full name, father's / husband's name
- Mobile number (used as unique identifier)
- District, block, panchayat, and village
- Land holding size, land status (owned/leased), and expected maize yield
- Moisture estimate and expected harvest date
- Sensitive personal data: Aadhaar card (scan/number), bank account details (bank name, account holder name, account number, IFSC code), bank passbook scan, and land document scan
Aadhaar data is collected solely for identity verification during payment processing. We do not share Aadhaar data with UIDAI or any third party except as legally required.
2.2 B2B Inquiry Data
- Contact name, company name, email address, mobile number
- Inquiry type (buyer / dealer / logistics partner / general)
- Business requirements as stated in the inquiry message

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share data only with:
- Banking & Payment Partners: Bank account details and IFSC codes are shared with our banking partners solely to process procurement payments to farmers via NEFT/RTGS/ECS.
- Logistics Partners: Name and district of origin only — no financial or identity data shared with transporters.
- Warehouse Operators: Yield quantity and quality data (non-personal) for allocation purposes.
- Regulatory Bodies: As required by Bihar APMC, GST authorities, income tax, or any court order.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.
