PRAAJ Comtrade Private Limited is a Bihar-based agri-commodity enterprise engaged in the organised procurement, warehousing, quality assessment, and supply-chain management of maize (corn) and related agricultural commodities. Our operations span farmer-facing procurement across nine Bihar districts — Purnia, Katihar, Begusarai, Khagaria, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, Saharsa, and Madhepura — and institutional B2B supply to feed mills, starch plants, ethanol distilleries, and export terminals across India.

Our platform serves two primary user groups: (a) farmers and agriculturists seeking to register for maize procurement programmes, and (b) institutional buyers, dealers, and logistics partners seeking to engage with our supply chain.

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
• Farmer registration requires submission of accurate KYC documentation. You represent and warrant that all information provided — including identity documents, land records, and bank account details — is genuine, current, and belongs to you.
• Submission of false, fabricated, or third-party documents constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending procurement payments, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
• B2B registrants must provide a valid business name, GST registration (where applicable), and authorised contact details.

• Registration purpose: The Farmer Portal at /register is used exclusively to enrol farmers in PRAAJ's organised maize procurement programme. Registration does not guarantee procurement in any specific season.
• KYC accuracy: Bank account and IFSC details must be accurate. PRAAJ will process procurement payments to the account number provided. We are not liable for misdirected payments arising from incorrect details supplied by the farmer.
• Yield information: Expected maize yield, moisture estimates, and harvest dates are indicative. Final procurement quantity and price are determined at the time of physical grading and weighbridge verification.
• Pricing: District maize prices displayed on praajcomtrade.in are indicative market rates from our operational network. They are not binding purchase offers and may differ from final transaction prices based on quality assessment, moisture content, and prevailing market conditions.
• One registration per farmer: Mobile numbers serve as unique identifiers. Duplicate registrations are prohibited and will be merged or removed at PRAAJ's discretion.

• The B2B Portal at /b2b allows institutional buyers, dealers, and logistics providers to submit trade inquiries. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a binding order or contract.
• All inquiries are reviewed by PRAAJ's trade desk. PRAAJ reserves the right to decline any inquiry without providing reasons.
• Pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules discussed through inquiry responses are subject to formal written agreement. No informal communication (WhatsApp, email, verbal) constitutes a binding commercial contract unless confirmed in a signed purchase agreement.
• B2B inquiry details are confidential. Buyers and dealers must not share PRAAJ's pricing, stock availability, or logistical capacity information with competitors or third parties without prior written consent.
• Market manipulation — including submission of false bulk inquiries to artificially assess our stock levels or pricing — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent platform ban and legal action.

• District maize prices, buying centre data, and mandi pricing trends published on this website are sourced from our operational network and are updated at PRAAJ's discretion.
• Prices are indicative only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for commercial decisions. PRAAJ is not liable for any losses arising from trading decisions made based on price information published on this site.
• Daily price information is provided as a public service to Bihar's agricultural community. PRAAJ makes no representations regarding its completeness or accuracy relative to official mandi records.

• All content on praajcomtrade.in — including the PRAAJ logo (trademark pending), website design, text, data, graphics, and trade insights — is the intellectual property of PRAAJ Comtrade Private Limited or its content partners.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from PRAAJ.
• The PRAAJ name, logo, and "Handling Value with Care" tagline are proprietary brand assets. Unauthorised use constitutes trademark infringement under the Trade Marks Act 1999.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent KYC, land, or bank documents
• Attempt to access, scrape, or systematically extract data from our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Impersonate another farmer, company, or PRAAJ employee
• Use our platform for money laundering, hawala transactions, or any activity prohibited under FEMA or PMLA
• Manipulate maize market pricing through coordinated false inquiries or artificial procurement registrations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• PRAAJ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use our services.
• PRAAJ is not liable for losses arising from price fluctuations, natural disasters, crop failure, logistics delays, or force majeure events affecting procurement operations.
• PRAAJ's maximum liability to any individual farmer or B2B partner in connection with a specific transaction is limited to the value of that transaction.
• Website downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (hosting, databases, telecommunications) are outside PRAAJ's control and do not give rise to claims.

• Farmer disputes (under ₹1 lakh): Contact PRAAJ's grievance cell at grievance@praajcomtrade.in. PRAAJ will respond within 15 working days.
• Commercial disputes (above ₹1 lakh): Parties shall first attempt resolution through conciliation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Patna, Bihar.
• Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Patna, Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes not subject to arbitration.

PRAAJ reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or access to services without notice if:

• False or fraudulent information has been submitted
• Prohibited conduct under Section 7 is detected
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires it
• Account has been inactive for more than 36 consecutive months

Upon termination, pending legitimate payment obligations to farmers already incurred by PRAAJ shall remain enforceable.

PRAAJ may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website banner or registered mobile number at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
